Pieces with source lighting tend to have other lighting as well. Paint the non-green parts of the model, too. Like from some feeble light source outside the model. I like to emphasize that the green light is added to whatever light is on the model already, too, it doesn't replace it. So in some places there should be green overlapping other stuff, etc. You still have a little bit of painting to do on this guy.
