not bad, its not a bad model to paint by the looks of it, you have a good grasp of the colours on the cape and head however something like this really needs a custom base. you could also try making the armous look a bit...less boring? you could try darkening patches by undercoating the darker areas in GW midnight blue before using the greys/silvers/blacks + whites that you have used. you could also try inkwashing it to highlight the crves and all those little hidden details.
