I give them a five, mostly because of the bad pic. They surely would do at least a 6 if the pic was brighter.....and crisper. There I go? There I go! => 5 Pts.

I think the quality of the model is hidden by the relatively poor quality picture - recommend the photographer either photograph outside for the natural light or at least have dual indoor light sources and step up the light setting on the camera. A little tweaking even with software like Paintshop Pro would help. Personally I like to paint my tabletop models understated - I think there is nothing worse than an army that is too busy and visually loud (guess you can tell I dont play Bretonian) ;-)

These aren't bad, but they hardly jump out at you either. I feel that even filthy, shadow-skulking skaven need a bit of color to express their personalities. Simply drybrushing colors over a black base is just too simplistic for my taste. Basing would at least bump them up to a 5.
