well corvus, it's a Tzeentch unit, which if you know the Chaos background, means there's no such thing as 'too bright' Actually one problem is that the messy painting make it not bright ENUFF. The horns are nice, but pretty much the whole rest of it looks badly drybrushed. Sorry
