Great painting! I like it because I play Marines and orks so it mocks eldar a bit with the blob. It looks like the scene from Disney's Hercules where Hercules backhands Hades and his flame goes out and his face scrunches up! By the way, the so called "helmet" is his actual head.

I hate the head. It looks like a big raison is on his shoulders.

Unfortunately I didn't have a digital camera when I converted this mini so there is no conversion guide for him unlike some of my other models on 40konline.com. The head is a chaos daemon prince one with the horns cut offand smoothed off. Pin to the top of the avatars body, tidy up with green stuff and voila...
