Forgot to review it on Mini-painter, so here goes: Great use of different blues, though a bit boring IMHO. The chrome is impressive, you are improving!

BRRRRRRRRR!! That NMM Shoulder plate is great! 8.5 as I think the blue lozenges on the chain skirt need a little something
