I wanted to paint this one to look a little more sinister than the earlier version I did. I think I improved quite a bit on the NMM, especially on the sword. The model turned out unfortunately glossy. =(
Overall, I think this one works a little bit less well than your prior version. The red armor doesn't seem to pop, although it has a nice, dark, unearthly glow to it, as if suffused with an infernal lava...The very dark NMM also doesn't work as well, to me, but then who am I to judge, not being terribly good at the technique. All your work is beautiful, and this one is really magnificent too.
