I have just read your comment on the forum and taking into account your age I can happily give you a 9.You are getting the paint in all the right places , now concentrate on precision and some more highlighting and shading. your highlighting on that skull is very sloppy, try just highlighting the tips of the teeeth and around the eyes and a tiny drop on the forehead, pretty good though, but whenever I get space wolf minis, usually for free out of contests, their sculpts are great for my army.
