54mm Nocturnal Warrior of Hrud

Conversion from when Inquisitor first came out ... I was working at GW as a mail order Troll at the time, and as a Skaven fan, was challenged to create a Nocturnal Warrior of Hrud ... I feel the conversion is worth smiling about. ***UPDATE. A lot of comments coming in. Thought I'd give everyone a little more direction to help me with feedback. I'm a half-decent sculptor, piss-poor painter... I could use some feedback on how to take my painting to the next level. Thanks - Mike

I like your conversion very. Your color choices work well. As well as your shading. The only thing it lacks is texture. With the way you aply the paint try to change the texture of his skin vs. the gun. Right now there is a subtle difference. If you gave it a stronger one it should pop.

Actually I don't think it's poor at all... I think that part of the 'problem' here is that his coat isn't that interesting, while it is the largest part in the model. Defining it more would probably bring it closer to 8. Some more contrast on the metal bits of the gun could probably help too. Anyway, I'd like to see more stuff from you, you've got potential here. Keep it up! :)

love the conversion. if you train a bit i`m sure the paintjob will match it. lacks an eye catcher, but i understand it can be difficult on a "dirty" themed model. nice weathered metallics, but the cape is not that good - looks drybruhsed. the fur parts look shiny, but the skin parts look very good. 8 for a good start :). keep it up man!
