It being under 5, I'd say it a bit underrated.
The hair are nice, tho the highlight is overdone at some places. Work on neatness and steadyness of the lines, but that only comes with practice. The green looks chalky, maybe du to the highlight color, maybe you should lighten the colors by using grey or brown instead of white.
