One of the best armies I have seen especially of Necrons! I think you are currently underated at 7.5 as some of the models in there such as that guy stepping out of the portal are really nice... So overall to have a whole army at this standard is worth a 9 from me.
They look very good. You have managed to give the necrons a unit personal flair with the turquis color choise. That alone is well done. I especially like your 'lith with the scarabs crawling all over it and the emerging warrior. Nice work.
