Gilvan Blight
The uber gloss is definately a bit much. The mini almost looks dipped. Cool to see this guy painted up. I did mine with Paint Markers back in the 80s, this is way better then mine.

Looks like a neat paintjob with nice highlights, but the high gloss just doesn't look right IMHO. I think that is the reason for your low score.
