With the following, Complete base, noticeable highlights and thinner paint, it would be tabletop quality. Keep trying^^

Try to have your lightest colour much lighter than now. Try smoother blending. It would be much easier to learn how to paint on suclpts with clothing, skeletons are rather hard for beginners. Make the base
