From what I can see it looks good, but the background is far to busy and is distracting from the figure. Colors look like they are in the right places, and the choices look good. It does look like there is a mold line down the top of his head, however, and this may cause your score to drop.
Also, around here basing helps the score - even if it is just some sand and glue with a color was.
Good first effort though.
