Keep it up, try thinning your paints out a little. Your job is pretty tidy, look to trying to layers or some shades next.
Watch your over/dry brush err brush isn't too heavy with paint too, remember 2 light coats is ALWAYS better than 1 heavy one. GANBARE!
this is GREAT for a first mini. i gotta say that your color composition is good, as is your brush control. as antonsh said - try layering! give those horns and bone pieces some color, hilight the edge of the dagger scabbard, and give the metals a black wash and hilight. if you have any questions, feel free to ask.
