i think you would have been better off doing your highlights the using a few coats of very very watered down brown ink to get a shiny effect instead of one thick one as it tends to pool too much and look messy. very nice apart from that :-)

I was trying to get a real shiny leather look. I used GW Brown Ink over the whole thing once I had applied the highlights.
