This dude is Inquisitor Torquemada Coteaz, a special character from the Daemon Hunters army. I gave him metallic red armour and plenty of gold to make him look suitably important. The resin base is from Groundforge.
I may have ranked this higher if I didn't just see your sister of battle. The similarity in colour schemes is a bit of a put off. Perhaps if they were in the same unit. I still like that dark red though. Another great face.
