The blurriness of the photo unfortunately makes it hard to get an accurate sense of the painting. :-< From what I can see it's cleanly painted, which is important, and incorporates a solid selection and placement of colours. Sorry I can't really comment beyond that. You might try reading through some of the photography articles in the articles section and see if you can get some clearer photos up?
The picture is so blurry that it's hard to comment constructive, sorry :( You seem to have painted this one neatly, I like the work you put into the base. You could try some edging on the spacemarines as a first step into highlighting. I must say i like the newer, darker ultramarines with gold shoulderpads better, but that's just a matter of taste.
