Theres some nice touches on this piece, I especially like the skulls and the gem in the skulls eye. The wizards face is niceley done too. Some bits are very sloppy and theres red paint where there shouldnt be for example. A few more layers of shading and highlighting (especially on the cloak and beard- both quite prominent parts )would help improve your score too.
