I came here browsing ideas on how to pose one of my Fexes and liked this one so much i made mine nearly identical.
I also very much like the bright green regenerating area.
The only thing that i think you could have been done better; is the unconventional way that the red and black carapace was shaded, with the colours switched. I'd have given it a 9 if the red and black were in the natural order. (And an extravagant base would have earnt it a vote of 10.)
