This is one of the best female dwarfs out there, and I tried to do it justice.

Nice work - but a bit glossy. A coat of Dullcoat would take the shine down and prolly for this site improve the score a bit.

Your shading and highlighting is fabulous, but I think your finishing spray is too shiny. I wold opt for a matte finish spray. The shine from the topcoat is distracting. Otherwise, I would have given a higher score.
