nice job it has a very similar look to the way i paint my deathwing some of your white highlights are a little bold just like mine lol (think we both need to learn wet blending) one thing i think is wrong tho
only the termie sarge gets a power sword and as far as i know sargents cant become specialists (i.e apoth standerd bearer or heavey weapon) i could be wrong but it was what i was told when i was aproching makeing my deathwing apoth so i decided to upgrade my M/launcher termie to an apoth so hes prety armed to the teeth with a chainfist launcher storm bolter and narthecium/reductor or at least he will be when hes finished wip right now ill keep you posted
