The copyright is so that the picture doesn't get used by someone else. I've thought about a watermark, but those make the picture look even more naff.
Thin paints down, shadows and highlights. got it. Black lining looks naff, too.
Use only one exclamation or question mark per sentence. "???", "!!" and "!!!???!!!" are naffer ("Naffier"? "Naffest"?) than anything I could make.
Can I ask why have you put "copyright" on a painted mini??? The only copywrite here is GW's!! How can you copywrite a paintjob!!!???!!! Getting back to the mini, You need to thin those paints down, all the colours meld into one brown blob. I'm still learning myself but from what I can see my advice would be to learn how to define the different areas of the mini with highlights, shadows and black lining. There are lots of tutorials on the net on how to do this. Hope that helps you, oh and lose the big copywrite text it makes the picture look really naff.
