I see I'm not the only one that saw the Predator influence! (Damn you, I was going to do the same thing with the flesh, but now I'll look 'derivative' ;)) Very nice work over all. The green parts of the armor seem a bit flat compared to the rest of the model, and the left leg is kind of strange. The over all color selection and the skintones really make up for it, though!
