Yeah it's catachan in origin.

Looks like an old plastic Ork plasma gun to me. I used thave the boxed set many, many years ago... Nice mini by the way, partcularly like the way you worked the muscles.

It looks like a conversion from the Catachan line with the plasma rifle and arm on an Escher Heavy Stubber body.
