Tyranid Carnifex - New Edition

Any painting tips would be great. iv tried to blend white with bone on the claws and tusks, and used dry brush blending for the carapace.

With the bone you want to come up from a darker color at the base (Bestial Brown is good, Scorched Brown if you really want strong contrast but keep that area really small). You've got the right idea they way you did white over the bleached bone. The color choices are of course assuming your using GW paints. And like others said, you are really improving nicely.

I reckon its a fantastic job for 2 months odds! The secret to blending is water. Water water water. Always go dark to light and mix the colours up gradualy. I know it's stating the obvious,but practicing this will serve you well. I reckon we'll be seeing some awesome stuff soon :)
