Lylith, Herald of Everblight, Hordes

This boxset i've done to put up on eBay. I was thinking of keeping them for myself but there will be loads of Everblight players around here and i prefer to use the least represented faction. Her armour was quite annoying to paint as i didn't go with the standard single colour for it with inks, as you can see. The lighting effect was almost an after though, due to the position of the source i wasn't sure if i would do it until i'd finished everything else. When she was all finished i though 'might as well' and did it. I think it works very nicely although t is pretty hard to see the colour properly here and lighting DOES NOT WORK on snow basing! I tried to get a better lit shot but it didn't come out well so you'll be stuck with these ones.

I guess he means the cloak, the light on the armour looks good but the cloaks much too green and way too dark.

Fair enough. Do you mean on the back of the cloak or one the snow? I already mentioned the snow. The cloak isn't so dark either but i haven't had any practise with OSL yet so i don't think it's too bad.

That is an awesome paintjob and I love the sculpt as well. The OSL bothers me a LOT though. Just remember: it should add light, not colour. So the only parts that should show up really green are those areas that are not illuminated already by stronger light and that reflect green light well enough. OSL-lit areas should NEVER be darker than the surrounding area.
