Yes, paint is too thick. But please note that miniatures are not destined to be placed 5 or 3 centimeters from eye, the point is to trick the eye. And I think it's a good job.
its good, but sloppy. i think you could do better. the black splatters on the face and hair, and the overpainting on either side of the eye kill it for me. i also think your paint is going on too thick.
