I love the modification, having him hold his "quiver" of giant spears instead of wearing it on his back.
If I didn't own this model, I wouldn't have known you made the change -- but since I DO own it, I think it might have looked better if you'd filed that stub on his bandolier down to flush instead of making some weird leather-button out of it.
Needless to say, one of my two troll impalers will get modded this way too. And I'll have a go at filing that bit down.
