Cadian shock trooper (with base fixed)

I was just wondering if I could get some C&C. The clothing is painted with camo green with blotchs of rotting flesh and the armour is painted with three different browns (which don't show up well). I am aiming for a gritty, dirty looking IG army, but I do not know how to achieve this on the clothing without removing the lightness of it :S Any other tips/ criticisms would be greatly appreciated. Any other help/suggestions would be fantastic. thanks, Cheaky
