I like the movement you got going with the fire, but it really doesn't come off as being fire, so it appears a bit odd. And his wings seems to be just one color. You'll have to try and bring out the details in there a bit more with a harsher highlight.
Well, much of the painting seems kind of sloppy, but the picture is very poor. The fire effect could be neat if it was a stream of liquid say, like acid, or some sort of burning fluid. He would have o be shaking his head like a garden hose for that effect though. Neat idea at any rate.
Um, I don't believe I'm familiar with "party-streamer" as a dragon breath weapon... Man, D&D sure has changed ;-) So what is this "new product" anyway?
