Ogre Maneater Dwarf conversion

I figured that the Ogres will work for anyone, and that includes the Dwarves. I cut down his legs to make him "stunty" and proceeded to go crazy with the green stuff. We lovingly call him the "Dwogre". (It was either that or the Orf...) Let me know what you think about him.

The painting is right at a 7, but all the conversion is an easy point add. Overall, I find the tone too dark - dark armor, dark skin, dark hair. The only bright spot is the hammer, where I don't think the focus of the mini ought to be. Maybe a brighter red beard with some bright brass here & there?
