Ah, here's another view of the baby. :) The skin seems quite smooth and well done, but some of the deeper shadows are a bit too strong and comes rather abruptly. They seem to have been done by an ink wash or something similar. If you thin down the ink more and decrease the amount of ink you apply you can slowly build up the shading and get more control over how the result will be.
