First of all, you should have put several views of the mini into your post to make the viewers able to see all of the miniature. As it is, I can only comment on the bear. I like the colour shifts in the brown that tends to go both towards the red and towards the yellow. It gives the bear a torn and faded look that suits the sculpt really well. The application of the paint could be done smoother if you applied more layers with smaller shifts in colour inbetween. I like what you did with the base. It suits the mini well. :)
