I think it's just a misunderstanding. Snipers use thermal BAFFLES to suppress their heat signature. They do not use thermal WAFFLES. For the first attempt at GS work it might be ok, but the paintjob is not that goog either.

Nice for a first attempt at GS. Although, I have to agree on the waffles as previously pointed out.. ;) Definately Tabletop quality though..
