For a rank and file he is nice. The power weapon is to messy. if you want to do some kind of fancy detail and it is metal, keep it clean. It is hard to see the shading in this picture, looks good to me from what I can tell. You could also show less black lining, that will give it a cleener look up close. From 2 feet he'll look great with the balck lining though b/c it will make him look dark.
