this is Cirdan's cape so you can also see where the base needs work. Feedback please.

I can't tell if it's the digital graininess, but your color transitions seem very sudden in some places, especially in his(her?) hair and the bottom of his cape, which makes the mini look as if his hair was bleached a few weeks back (the unbleached black roots growing in below), and its cape look rather unbelievable and strange.
However the shoulders and the right arm and arm-drape are wonderfully done it looks like, and your blacklining between the head and cape is very subtle and effective.
