Having looked at all of your submissions so far I can point out a few things that I can see. First, putting a dot in the middle of the eye makes everyone look surprised. Stretch that dot to the top and bottom of the eye. Second, the skin and clothes generally need at least another layer of highlighting. Third, photos make most of the score on CMON. Read the articles section to see how to improve the pictures. There is a great article on photoshop which is also posted in the articles section. You can get and use gimp for free, just ask in the forums and someone will help. Finally, post a little note in the submissions section of the forum and you will get a lot more comments and advice.
