I think your colours are way too bright. Try a much darker blue, and try using dark shadows (perhaps the colour of the shadows surrounding the chest emblem) to bring out the details of the yello areas. Your technique is good, but the overall look is spoiled by the brightness. Too "nice" for the Space Marines.
