A real fantastic paint job. The NMM is truly amazing, every thing is just perfect. My only "but" is that (for me) Skaven are dirty rats. Your Skaven is amazingly clean, (but it's only me). The miniature is painted just perfect. Grtz.

Thanks all! I appreciate your comments! :) For Wren: Those blades and armour are mostly blended/layered using very dilute paints. Its like one-color (that one-color can of course be a mix of other colors as well) wet blending over darker base color. Its quite slow because you have to wait that last layer is dry before you can paint another layer over it. On the darker parts I mixed black ink with base color instead of black paint. Those rust effects are made same way. I mixed brown ink with base color and added more brown on darker areas and more white on brighter areas. If you want to add rust effects on very dark areas you must add some orange bacause without it rust effects remain too dark.

I like this chap! Excellent NMM and a very clean paintjob without overrushing you with details. The rust effects are stunning!
