I've tried to use layering and blending in this one and also attempted to make the eyes seem like they are glowing. Let me know what you people think.

I particularly like the highlights on the cloak. Good effort on the eyes. There's an article somewhere on here that has a great step-by-step description for glowing eyes. Example uses a space marine, but I'm sure you could adapt it.
