Dwarf Lord

I love this sculpt, i went for a mini diorama with the base, i had the bird left from the giant bitz and knew i'd use it eventually, i thought this miniature had such a great mood i had to put him in a fitting atmosphere, i added water to the front of the base, as if he was looking across a lake or river at an oncoming army, and i used some techstar snowflakes on the base on on the dwarf to show he had been standing there and watching for some time.

Joe amazing showing of tmm and how in my opinion the most realistic metal effect in the painting society can have amazing results! You are a master of a very complex noble craft and an inspiration to all miniature painting endevours worldwide! Keep on trucking ! Regards John m. Scotch plains ,new jersey. Good ol' USA

THE KILL
Yeah dude! Like the hair especially, perfect contrast and very exact painting, but also the cool extras you've put into this one. The fact that the bird is sitting on a twig right next to him (and the snow on him, of course) shows how long he has been standing there without moving; all of this creates a great atmosphere. The only drawback I can see is the gold NMM which is ok but not as good as the rest of the min, hence the 8.
