I personally think that seeing the blue through the white and the uneven edges just shows that this particular marine has been out in the field for a while and fixed the paint job on the move as not to anger the spirit of the armour.
Your minis seem pretty well painted on the basic level, the paintjobs are fairly clean. I would suggest blending the highlights more. Also the white areas such as the stripe down the helmet and Ultramarine logo on the shoulder pad needs to be touched up, you can see some of the blue through the white.
