The face is superb, great intensity of expression and subtle but effective shading and highlighting. There are some other areas I really like also, like the stains around the metal studs on the shield, the wood graining on the axe handle and the base is quite nice. Other parts don't seem quite up to the same standard to my eye. The arms don't look to have the same level of shading as the face, and some of the red looks a little flat, though I know that's a difficult colour to photograph so it might just be that. Nice job overall, though!
