A dark wash would really help the banner feathers stand out. Follow with a bit of dulcoat on the ork, or back off your lamps.

AAAUUGGHHH he scares me.... haunts my nightmares 'e does ... nice job matt... though the base seems a bit plain and ummm chipped. I like the brute tho
