Thanks for the comment. This mini is pretty old. Probably 5 years. It is really showing it's age. There's a lot of dirt on it and some of the paint has rubbed off. I have since stripped the figure and am repainting it. I will post the pics of it when I'm done.
It's not great, but it's worth more than the 3.3 average it had when I posted this. You seem to have got the hang of basic shading, but try blocking in your colours better and chosing a better paint scheme. Be happy, most people make mistakes the other way round.
