Special edition Dwarf Army Standard Bearer from the GW Dwarf Army box set. I know the 'yellow' base trim (it's actually 'Ruddy Flesh' from Reaper Pro) isn't well liked but it doesn't look so bad when ranked up with the army and I got to much of the stuff.
