Couple of things that need to be worked on here.
1. Mould lines have to go we dont like them. Not only do the removal of them make your mini better but it will help your score immensly.
2. neatness. There are a couple of spot where the paint from one area has spilled to another area. You should clean this up.
3. The base needs some sand on it that is painted then drybrushed to finish it off.
4. A flesh wash would help bring out hte features on the face.
