If it was based I would give it a 5, but I am a stickler about basing, I dont consider it table top quality. On the positive side the painting is neat and hence shows promise
I think the current ratings are a tad unfair. This mini is at least of tabletop quality and thus warrants a 5? I am concerned therefore that the average score is only 4.7!
I think some voters must have access to some very selective tabletops. I think this is potentially a good mini but it only appears to be at about stage 3 of a 5 stage process and therefore appears unfinished.
