Limit your pallet. No need to use every colour you own. It makes it very distracting and displeasing to the eye. There is a great article by Chrispy in the ARticle section on colour theory, I strongly suggest you check it out. Next make sure you paint the entire model. I can see places where the primer is showing through. Take your time, cover the entire thing and use less colour, and you are bound to improve.
